Functional Training

Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries.

Involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back.

Boot Camp

Combines cardiovascular training, interval training, and many other exercises utilizing weights and/or your own body weight. This program style results in loss of body fat, increased cardiovascular efficiency, and increased strength.

Pre/Post Natal

Women receive the core knowledge and skills enabling them to exercise safely throughout their pregnancy, obtain the strength for labor and delivery and get back their core muscles quickly after birth

Corrective Exercise (Rehab & Preventative Training)

Programs designed to work with clients suffering from musculoskeletal impairments, imbalances or post-rehabilitation concerns.


Combination of stretches to encourage flexibility and coordination throughout muscles and joints. Stretching is utilized for quick gains in range of motion, helping clients improve overall performance.

Having optimal range of motion makes for better biomechanics, reduces fatigue and helps prevent overuse injuries.


Circuit training is a type interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises. Great for those looking to shed fat quickly and add lean muscle mass.
